Change Your Monthly Donation

Thank you for being a recurring donor.  We currently have monthly donors who give through both Acceptiva and the Network for Good.  

If your donation goes through Acceptiva

On your monthly receipt you will find a link that you can click on directly to alter the monthly gift amount, change credit card, etc.  If, for some reason, you cannot find your link, you can write to clients@acceptiva.com and they will be happy to send you your managed link.  You do not need to remember a password as this link is unique to you.  

If you continue to experience problems, send an email to acceptiva@georgiaspca.org and include a current phone number.  You will be contacted by a volunteer from the shelter who will work with you to resolve the problem.

If your donation is through the Network for Good

You must log into your donor profile.  If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the link to reset your password.  Once you have logged in, you will be able to change the gift amount, credit card, etc.  If you experience problems, you can call their support number at 888.284.7978.
