Recognizing and Handling Canine Aggression

Join us on Saturday, June 3 and/or Sunday, June 4, when the Georgia SPCA presents two great interactive learning opportunities with Jim Crosby, K-9 crime fighter and the country's go-expert on dog aggression.  Too many dogs are incorrectly labelled and abandoned due to misunderstood canine aggression. Learn more about safe handling and rehabilitation of dangerous dogs.

  • When:  Saturday, June 3, 9 to 5 and/or Sunday, June 4, 1 to 5:00
  • Where: 1175 Buford Hwy, Suite 109, Suwanee, GA 30024
  • Who should attend: Everyone who works with animals or wants to understand their pet better
  • Cost:  $45 for full day (June 3), including continental breakfast, lunch and snacks; $25 for half day (June 4), including snacks

Jim Crosby is dedicating a whole day of interactive learning to go over cases and look at the psychology of canine aggression, recognizing canine aggression, safe handling, rehabilitation, keeping everyone safe and much more!  He says:

“It’s never good dog vs. bad dog; it is way more than that.  We have to honor dogs’ nature and accept that they are not people,  and don’t deserve our outrage when they act consistently with their nature.”
